Selection: Best looking fresh, crisp and bright green

Preparation: Rinse and prepare in fingers, diced or sliced according to end use.

Good for You: One of those great vegetables. Good for neutralising acids in the system and full of all the best you need for good health.

And Tastes So Good: Use raw in salads, as fingers for dips, cooked in stews, sauces and soups, and don’t forget to use the leaves as well.

Storage: Cut celery in half for ease of storage; keep in a plastic bag in vegetable crisper.

    found our half celery was mostly large bulb at bottom and also it didnt stay fresh that long

    Large crunchy fresh Celery.

    Was impressed with how large half a celery was. Very fresh and crunchy. Great for snacking on or adding to salads, or soups. Will buy again.
