Description

Selection: Cut edge should be bright and flesh orange with no surplus liquid.

Preparation: Cut into serving pieces, remove seeds and cook with skin on or off.

Good for You: Has Vitamin A, beta carotene, several B & E vitamins, significant calcium and potassium and lots more trace minerals.

And Tastes So Good: Boiled, mashed, mashed with parsley, or roasted.

Storage: Replace wrapping if keeping only for a short time, will keep a little longer in an unsealed plastic bag.
