Selection: New seasons will keep longer; eat quickly if showing signs of softening.

Preparation: Cut ends off and cut according to use.

And Tastes So Good: Roast, boil, fry – use whole or in sauces, soups, and gravies, heaps or just a hint according to your taste.

Storage: Store in the dry in string or paper bag for aeration.
