Preparation: Peel and cut to required size.

And Tastes So Good: This variety cooks quickly and is very soft. Steam, stir fryroast; use in warm salads. Peel and wrap individually in foil dusted with chilli, cumin and salt; leave on BBQ for 20 minutes, turning now & then. Serve with squeeze of lemon or lime.
