Selection: Curd should be white with a wrapping of trimmed green leaves.

Preparation: Trim off leaves (although the young inside leaves can be eaten), halve then quarter or remove flower stalks as required.

Good for You: They contain lots of B vitamins, some C and essential minerals with 2g of protein per 100g.

And Tastes So Good: Steam for your favourite cheese sauce; how about frying in a light batter? They are just waiting for some spices so try some chilli and spice combos this time.

Storage: Keep in loosely tied bag in fridge.

    Love getting my cauliflower from My Greengrocer. Best quality and nice and big. Better price that the supermarket too.

    Again so fresh I'm sure it was picked prior to delivery. Big in size, crisp and clean, I couldn't of chosen better produce if I had picked them myself, was cautious to order, I'm converted now!!
