Selection: Should be vibrant, well shaped, and have firm shiny skin.
Preparation: Halve and remove seeds and inner membrane. Use as is or place skin side up under grill or BBQ until blistered and blackened, put in plastic bag, cool, then skin should peel off.
Good for You: Supplies Vitamin A, is high in C, some of B group and potassium.
And Tastes So Good: Looks so good raw so make the most of the vibrant colour; use also as for red and green capsicum.
Storage: Store in fridge in plastic bag, or in fruitbowl.
