Selection: Should be bright & shiny, dark green, or light green with stripes.

Preparation: Top & tail, rinse, leave whole, chunky cut or slice.

Good for You: Give you fibre and Vitamin C

And Tastes So Good: Steam; shave and eat raw. Roast, BBQ or stir fry to intensify the sweet flavour. Good friends with thyme or mint.

Storage: Keep in fridge but not for long.
