Selection: Should be well shaped and have firm shiny skin.

Preparation: Halve and remove seeds and inner membrane. Place skin side up under grill or BBQ until blistered and blackened, put in plastic bag, cool, then skin should peel off.

Good for You: Supplies Vitamin A, is high in C, some of B group and potassium.

And Tastes So Good: Use raw in salads, as crudities for dips, or cooked in casseroles, on kebabs, on pizzas, with meat pastas or rice, stuffed and roasted, oven dried and kept in oil in the fridge for garnishes for everything anytime.

Storage: Store in fridge in plastic bag.

    Delicious and large we love the red onces best so sweet and fabulous. perfects for salads, eating with dips cooking every and all ways
