Thanks for visiting our online store.
Your personal shopper will select your produce for optimum quality and freshness. However, if you have any special requirements, for example if you would like ripe bananas or avocados that are 4 days away from eating or potatoes that are big enough for baking, please add notes during the checkout process. Unless you specify otherwise, we will supply you with produce that will be best consumed over the following 3 to 4 days.
One thing our customers find is that when they are shopping for themselves they select by quantity rather than weight. So, although for example, apples and oranges are sold by weight, if you click through to the product page each page will give an indication of how many of each item make up a kilogram. This way, you can still pay on checkout and be assured that the quantities will be right for your household.
As produce cannot be ordered in fractions of a kilogram, for your convenience we have some items listed in pre-packed quantities, or in a convenient purchase amount, please check that the quantity in the product description is what you are wanting to order.

Cancellations
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, this can be done until 11am on the date of delivery. Please phone us on 578-6890 to cancel.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with any item you have received contact us on the day of delivery to arrange replacement or refund. Phone Us on 578-6790.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards for payment. After you have checked out you will receive email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us as there may have been a problem with the checkout process and your order may not proceed.
We take your security seriously and none of your credit card details are stored by us. During the checkout process we DO NOT process your credit card details. At the time of checkout you are sent to our payment service provider to complete the transaction via their secure systems.
All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars.
