Lettuce – Red Hydroponic

Selection: Plants are living so should look hydrated and fresh with good colour.

Preparation: Take leaves off plant as needed, wash and use whole. Good for You: Keep it cool and you’ll keep your cool – it’s so delicious and fresh.

Tastes So Good: Nothing like a plate of colourful, lightly dressed lettuce to accompany any meal. Add what other raw veg. you fancy or whatever’s available. It’s a great carrier of flavours in dressings and oils.

Storage: Keep in jug of water – change water regularly.
