Selection: Broccolini has long, slender stems and small, delicate florets. The stems are thinner and more tender compared to regular broccoli, making the entire vegetable edible.

Preparation: Broccolini is versatile and can be sautéed, steamed, grilled, roasted, or eaten raw. It’s great in stir-fries, pasta dishes, salads, and as a side dish.

Good for you: Broccolini is rich in vitamins A, C, and K, as well as folate and fiber. It also contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds like sulforaphane.

And tastes so good It has a mild, slightly sweet flavor with hints of both broccoli and asparagus. When eaten raw, it has a slight mustard-like spice, which becomes sweeter when cooked.

Storage: Broccolini is best kept in an airtight container in the fridge.
