Selection: Curd should be white with a wrapping of trimmed green leaves.
Preparation: Trim off leaves (although the young inside leaves can be eaten), halve then quarter or remove flower stalks as required.

Again so fresh I'm sure it was picked prior to delivery. Big in size, crisp and clean, I couldn't of chosen better produce if I had picked them myself, was cautious to order, I'm converted now!!
